Corrib RFC Youth Awards Night 2024/25 – A Celebration of Dedication, Spirit and Community


Corrib RFC hosted its annual Youth Awards Night on Saturday, 3rd May in St Fursa’s Hall, Headford - a fantastic evening that brought the club's young stars, families, coaches, and supporters together to celebrate the 2024/25 season.


The evening was expertly MC’d by Mike Flynn and featured an address from special guest and one of the club's founding members, Ger Coen, who recently received an IRFU Services to Rugby Volunteer Award. Chair of Rugby Operations Ronan Casey reflected on the achievements of the season and highlighted the growing strength of Corrib RFC across all youth grades. Club President Eugene Kenny presented the prestigious Club Person of the Year Award to Jimmy Roddy, honouring his outstanding contribution to the club.


A total of 25 individual player awards were presented across four categories:
